The shipping costs are reflected in the drop down box at the point of checkout. Customers will have the option of selecting our three shipping methods, Hong Kong Post, Hong Kong Speedpost or UPS. All shipments are fulfilled in Hong Kong. |

| 2. SHIPPING TIMES |

Bigfoot Entertainment can deliver your
order to just about anywhere in the world. Delivery times are dependent on the availability of stock,
your country of origin and the method of delivery. |

Most items are in constant stock and are
available for shipping immediately. In the event a product is not immediately available we will
contact you by email to inform you of expected delays. |

| 3. SHIPPING OPTIONS |

International deliveries are made through Hong Kong Post, Hong Kong Speedpost and UPS courier. For local Hong Kong orders, delivery will be made through Hong Kong Post ONLY. |

| 4. SHIPMENT TRACKING OF ORDERS |

For Hong Kong Speedpost and UPS courier, once your order has been shipped to your desired shipping options you will receive a notification that your order is in transit. A tracking number of your shipment is indicated in the notification. Check the status of your shipment by entering the Tracking Number using the link below. Orders shipped via Hong Kong Post cannot be tracked. |

UPS will determine whether the signature of the recipient is required based on drivers'
discretion. |
